3 Habits That Saved My WFH Sanity (+free planner sheets)

Life of Peachy Newsletter

Habits that helped me reset.

Hey there!

It’s been a quiet week from me on YouTube and that’s honestly because life’s been full lately.

I had some friends over, I was in the moment, I recalibrated my Instagram (find Productively Peachy), and I poured a lot of energy into building new digital products.

One of them is super close to my heart because it's helped me create boundaries & because I personally use it: the Weekly Exhale Planner Sheets.

I made this for those of us trying to create better balance while working from home. And yes, it’s free!

Before you download, here are 3 habits that have actually helped me reset this 2025:

  1. Sunday mapping – I have a "quiet time" on Sundays to plan out my week. Not to jam-pack it, but more like painting the big picture of what I expect is gonna happen.
  2. No work when I'm drained – Okay, so my work hours can look like 2pm - 8pm or sometimes it's 4pm - 4am. Who knows. BUT I stop working when I feel drained.
  3. Mood > Metrics – I track how I feel after workdays, not just what I get done. Sometimes, my 10% effort is already my best and I tell myself that's okay.

Anyway, the planner sheets won’t magically fix our burnout but they will remind us to slow down, refocus, and exhale. Some might think it's silly but maybe they have no idea how much thoughtful prompts have actually changed lives. It changed mine.

See you soon! (probably back on YouTube, too 🤍)
